How do you ship your jewelry?

Within the United States, I use Priority Mail (USPS). For international orders, I use DHL. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product, so don’t worry about that. If you need a piece right away, let me know and I can expedite the shipping for an additional cost.

All jewelry is carefully packed in a jewelry box, and I also enclose a surprise thank you gift. (If you have a preference regarding the thank you gift, let me know and I will send some photos of all of the quirky stuff I like to send to my lovely patrons. You can choose your gift!!!!) 💕

What if I want an adjustment to/I don’t like the piece of jewelry?

I want you to love whatever you purchase — if you don’t like the piece as-is you can send it back for me to make alterations, or I can provide a full refund upon receiving the piece.

Which metals do you work with?

I use primarily sterling silver, gold-filled, brass and occasionally zinc alloy beads. I will always disclose the metal(s) that go into every piece. If you have a metal allergy, I can work with you to figure out a solution (i.e. replace a component with a metal that is non-allergenic for you).
